BUILD - Invite-Only Research app for iPhone and iPad

The BUILD app is designed for participants in the Build Study, a sub-study of the Woebot Health Discovery research program.

The BUILD app aims to support your mental health through a relational agent called Woebot. Woebot starts by asking you a simple question: how are you doing? Your answer starts a private conversation with Woebot. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, mad, or just want to talk, Woebot adapts to give you what you need depending on how you’re feeling. You’re offered specific tools similar to the ones you might learn about in therapy with a person - such as learning to challenge your thoughts and practicing gratitude.
